About Kristen

Kristen’s journey into yoga began amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. After completing her 200-hour Vinyasa training with Erica Stanzione at Flow Yoga Studio in May 2024, Kristen discovered a profound connection to the practice that ignited her passion for sharing its transformative power.

Driven by a deep belief in accessibility of yoga for all, Kristen’s teaching philosophy centers around inclusivity and empowerment. With a commitment to shaping classes that cater to practitioners at every stage of their yoga journey, she invites individuals from all walks of life to experience the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.

Her mission is clear: to spread the joy and healing potential of yoga to every corner of her community, one breath at a time.

Kristen is Adult and Child CPR certified and is an Adult Certified Mental Health First Aider.
